Math at Work 10
Math at Work 10 is a graduation level course that sits between the levels of academic and essentials mathematics.
Math at Work 10 can be taken if you have passed grade 9 mathematics, do not require academic level math for post secondary school (check your post secondary program online or visit guidance (student services) at Avon View).
You can follow this course up with Math at Work 11 after you successfully complete Math at Work 10, and Math at Work 12.
Note: If you choose Math at Work 10, make sure you are prepared to do homework, daily practice, class participation and review of your class work outside of class time. There are projects, problem solving, unit tests, two cumulative tests, a final exam for this course.
